Italian Zuchini


Melt butter in a frying pan, add chopped onion and Zuchini.  When Zuchini is cooked add tomatoe sauce about 2 cups, basil, oregano, salt, pepper and garlic to taste.  Let simmer until warmer though.  Place swiss cheese on the top until melted.  Serve.

  2. thanks for sharing this. Nice recipe that doesn't require heating up the oven. Just made it for lunch.
